A Yes Yes Yes 5 Encourage repairs, attempt to attract businesses and residents, if repair is not possible consider alternatives such as demolition and conversion in community gardens, playgrounds, public park space, private investment, or adjacent properties purchasing to expand their yard. Clean them up. Do not building housing if it's toxic. Spaces that are toxic are good sites for solar panels or clean energy. However, if sites are not toxic - it should be mixed use. One form of business should not dominate an entire area. History shows that if entire areas are dedicated to just one use, once that business leaves or goes bankrupt it creates a giant void and empty space. 14220
